All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch, it is handed over to our courier partner for delivery. After dispatch, the typical delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on the customer’s location and local courier operations.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden delivery charges added at checkout. The total amount shown during checkout is the final payable amount.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (wherever applicable), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Tracking information becomes active shortly after the courier partner updates their system.

In rare cases where a shipment is delayed, held, or undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances (such as incorrect address, courier issues, or operational delays), customers are encouraged to contact our support team. We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner and provide the best possible resolution.
