1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will include your order number and the estimated delivery time.
2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes to your order if it has not been processed yet. To request modifications, please contact us via email at shoppingbuddie.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If your order is already processed, new items cannot be added, but you can place a separate order for additional products.
- To remove items or cancel the order, please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you in placing a new order.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details, including the AWB number and the courier company’s name.

4. Are there any shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all the orders.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
